Fayna Pearlman
CEO, StarRise ABA
Fayna Pearlman is the CEO of StarRise ABA. Her background spans mental health, wellness, education, and community building, but the thread throughout her work has always been the same: creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected.
For Fayna, that work is personal. Growing up, she often knew what it felt like to be isolated and to move through difficult moments without enough support around her. That experience left her with a deep understanding of how much it matters to feel known, safe, and held by a community, and a desire to help create that sense of belonging for others.
She was drawn to StarRise because healthcare can too easily become transactional. Families are often left navigating fragmented systems, administrative barriers, and providers who rarely communicate with one another. Too often, it can seem as though running a strong business and providing deeply human, high-quality care are mutually exclusive. Fayna believes they do not have to be. The right systems should not pull care away from people; they should make more room for it.
Her vision is to help build StarRise into an organization where clinical excellence and humanity strengthen one another, where families are treated as true partners, children are supported as whole people, and care extends far beyond the therapy session. She hopes every family who comes to StarRise feels a little less alone, a little more understood, and more confident in the path ahead.
